I like this image and I love the idea of being able to purchase these stock photos (please do more!) but I have two questions about this particular one...
What is the muscle in the image that goes from the sacrum to the sitting bone suppose to be?
Also, why is the quadratus femoris not in the image? (so it would show all 6 deep hip rotators)
This is the sacrotuberous ligament (great or posterior sacrosciatic ligament), which is a remnant of part of biceps femoris muscle.

The quadratus femoris is in the image. It is the last muscle on the left/bottom. The obturator externus is also in the image, but is very small, just below/behind the quadratus femoris muscle and the inferior gemellus muscle.
